risk assessment

the risk assessment is the overall critique of the film so that we ensure safety of all of our shoots in certain locations and the safety of outsiders who may not know what we are filming

the park scene

the problem with the park scene is its a chase scene where it would require a lot of space - moving the public out of the way for a certain amount of time.

we don't want to cause too much commotion in a public area so we would make it evident that we are filming by either shouting 'action' once or twice or holding up the camera if someone looks worried around us

the conference room

there isn't much risk, its more of a matter of consideration to the classrooms around us since its still in a school environment so the heated arguments or discussions need to be quick or filmed in one go so it doesn't cause that much of commotion

the classroom

the problem with this is getting the room available for  at least an hour or so for filming, we would have to ask for the timetables for classes to see when its available.

again noise is an issuee

the police station

this is our most difficult scene, we have to be able to convince the station that our film is good enough for us to use an actual squad car for our film and then if they even agree we have to make sure that the siren doesn't cause too much disruption to the public.

if they don't agree then we have to find another way using lights and we don't want to cause confusion by using sound and lights outside so we would do it in closed doors

its not a moving car so no one will be harmed by any veichles, we wont even be inside of it
